Linda is a communications and policy professional with over ten years of experience driving impactful solutions across diverse sectors, including technology, government, nonprofit, environment, and advertising.

Linda is driven by a deep commitment to making the world a more equitable place, especially for underserved communities. She is engaged in business development, technology policy, and zero-emission transportation work at Better World Group.

Her professional path started in the creative fields of media and entertainment, where she earned an AA in Broadcast and Production from Fullerton College. This foundation provided her with a strong skill set in communications, narrative development, and audience engagement, which has been critical throughout her career. While her professional path has evolved, this early experience remains a key part of her identity and approach to her work.

Driven by a growing interest in public service and a desire to address complex societal challenges, Linda pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs at UCLA. This led to opportunities to engage with critical issues such as environmental justice, where she conducted research with organizations like Communities for a Better Environment and Los Angeles Waterkeeper. She further solidified her commitment to environmental stewardship by obtaining a minor in Environmental Systems and Society from UCLA.

Driven by a passion for social impact, Linda earned a Master of Public Policy from UCLA, specializing in technology policy with a passion for digital equity, online safety, and protecting digital rights. She applied this expertise in developing a trust-building policy framework for the City of West Hollywood's Drone Surveillance Pilot Program, addressing privacy, civil liberties, and community well-being. At the Los Angeles County Public Defender, she led efforts to produce a comprehensive policy report on systemic barriers to mental health resources and their impact on recidivism. Additionally, at the UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation, she focused on funder engagement, producing a short documentary to communicate the impact of climate initiatives in underserved communities.
